fixture in business finance. Several years ago, we realized that a ‘Needs Based’ sales
model was not being provided by major lenders in the industry. Most opted for a call
center approach that forced their clients to become streamlined into funding deals that
did not regard their unique situation. Producers were given lending products that were
best suited for online retailers, serial entrepreneurs were treated as individual entities
without the benefit in lending appropriate for governing their umbrella corporation, etc.
After recognizing the deficiencies in customer service provided by major lenders, we
decided to provide an industry alternative to the robotic customer service often received.
 

In a boutique model, we can afford our clients the time required to understand their
business and work hand in hand with lenders to develop & structure funding programs

that are tailor fit for each individual client. One size does not fit all. Different industries
have different cycles and similar businesses within the same industry are not going to

be at the same stage of growth.
